Video production process that drove 10,000+ views

Led end-to-end video production for Customer’s Canvas, a web-to-print SaaS solution, including planning, script creation, and editing.

Challenge

The complexity of web-to-print made it difficult for companies to understand the full value of Customer’s Canvas. Traditional content formats, like blog posts and images, couldn’t effectively showcase the product’s potential.

To address this, I initiated a structured video production process and integrated it into the broader inbound marketing strategy.

Results

  • Achieved over 10,000 views in six months.
  • Established a streamlined video production workflow.
  • Repurposed video content across multiple channels to reach different audiences (e.g., promoted on the company's LinkedIn and Facebook).
  • Integrated videos into the support process to address common user questions.

Execution

Content strategy alignment: I repurposed blog posts into video scripts, integrating them into our broader strategy.

Content pillars: I identified key topics based on our ICP, ensuring alignment across the blog, SMM, and other channels.

Branding & design: In collaboration with a designer, we created a branded YouTube layout, custom video covers, and animations.

Production setup: I handled video editing using Adobe After Effects & Premiere, with a team member providing voiceovers. We also set up a small in-house recording studio to ensure good-quality sound production.

I structured YouTube content into key sections aligned with content pillars, guiding video production.

Videos were integrated into product marketing, enhancing release notes in the blog and email campaigns.

Videos were incorporated into the broader SMM strategy, including the company's CEO LinkedIn account.
